KHK & Partners is an independent financial services firm that was established in 2015 in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The Firm is licensed and regulated as an Asset Manager by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.
KHK is the trusted partner of a select number of investors in EMEA looking for a conduit between their capital and institutional quality, often proprietary, deal flow in private markets. The Firm’s mandate is to source, structure and manage investments on behalf of HNWIs, Family Groups and Institutions with a focus on global alternatives.
Our objective is to identify institutional quality strategies and opportunities with the potential to generate attractive risk/return profile for our investors. Over the last 7 years, KHK has been transacting and collaborating with some of the finest asset managers and companies across the globe.
KHK aims to bring together experience and excellence, leverage a unique global network to identify attractive opportunities, add value through our network of experts/partners and act as a catalyst for cross-fertilization.

Hassan Karimi
Co-Founder and CIO
Hassan started his career as an investment banker at UBS in London and Paris. Worked for the Carlyle Group in Dubai focusing on investments in MENA region. Became a Director at Emirates Investment Authority, the SWF of the UAE Federal Government. Held positions on the board of Network International, the largest payments company in the MENA region, and on Advisory Boards of Ethos PE VI and Auda ART Fund. Currently a Senior Advisor at Tikehau Capital, an Asset Manager with €35.5bn AuM.
Marwan Herve Hurstel
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Started his career in 2003 when he joined the HSBC graduate program in New York. Worked with Management of HSBC in Sao Paulo, New York, London, and Beirut. Joined HSBC Private Bank in Geneva, in charge of developing business in North Africa, Russia, and Eastern European markets. Left the banking industry in 2011 and became an entrepreneur and private investor.
